Searching like a pro: using Jump Query
Have you ever wondered how the search pros search? You have come to the right place! Utilizing my Jump Query feature you can learn how to create complex search engine queries with relative ease. Better yet, if you don’t want to remember how to construct complex search queries simply use the Jump Query as your starting point web page or your home page.
Using Jump Query is easy. Here are the steps:
- Browse to https://www.trailblazerlearning.com/jump-query/
- Enter your target keywords
- Select options of your interest
- Click on “Get Query” button at the bottom of the form
- Use the generated external search engine links
Here is an example when searching for “java programming books” and where you want all of the words present in the search results.
Once you press the “Get Query” button you will see these links appear (circled in blue).
Clicking on any of these links will take you to the external search engine of choice. Not only that in the text box below the generated links you will see the actual command that will be run on the external search engine. After searching a few times these commands will become second nature.
